Accessibility and Case: Why ALL CAPS Hurts Readability
WCAG doesn't forbid uppercase, but extensive research shows it slows reading speed and hurts comprehension. Worse, some screen readers interpret all-caps as acronyms and spell them out letter by letter.

- Use CSS
