Writing for Screen Readers: Case, Punctuation, and Flow
Screen readers generally pronounce mixed case as words and all-caps as acronyms letter by letter. "NASA" is read N-A-S-A, but "Nasa" is read as a word.
Punctuation matters too: a missing Oxford comma can change meaning when a sentence is heard instead of read.
